How do I listen online via computer?
Click the "Listen Live" tab at the top of any page on our site. It will open the player in a new window. You are still free to navigate within our site. It won't affect the player.
How do I listen on a mobile device?
Most Apple products seem to open the player via the "Listen Live" link just fine. Android users have to download an app to open our live stream. We are being processed by "Tune In" and should be up within 48 hours. If you choose to use "Xiia Live," just copy our stream url from here (http://ic1.christiannetcast.com/wqtz-fm.m3u) and paste it into the "add url" section of the Xiia Live app. Add us to your favorites and praise on!
The stream paused, then started again... what's up?
Occasionally you'll experience buffering. It doesn't happen often and it's really nothing we can fix. Your connection speed has a lot to do with it. If the stream ever stops, try closing the player window and reopening it. Your connection to our server might have dropped but should come right back up as soon as you close and reopen (or refresh) the player window.
Why does my phone cut the stream off occasionally?
Depending on your phone and its capabilities, getting a text message, new email, etc., might temporarily interrupt streaming. It shouldn't last long. Your phone should buffer for a few seconds and go right back to streaming.
